1. Acceptance and Beta status

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The current version is in Beta and may receive adjustments, planned interruptions, and feature changes.

2. Nature of the platform

CalcLeilão organizes assumptions entered by the user and produces estimates of cost, result, return, and risk. It supports decision-making and does not constitute a profit guarantee, mechanical report, market appraisal, or legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.

3. User responsibilities

• check auction terms, documents, history, recalls, outstanding balances, mechanical condition, and market value;
• enter accurate assumptions and review the report before deciding;
• protect the password and second factor without sharing the account;
• not bypass controls, access third-party data, or interfere with service availability.

4. Account, data, and analyses

Accounts are personal. Saved analyses remain linked to the authenticated user. You are responsible for the information you enter and represent that you are entitled to use it. We may suspend access in cases of fraud, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.

5. Free trial, subscription, and cancellation

The commercial plan includes a free trial of up to 7 days, limited to 5 analyses. Free access ends when either limit is reached. The promotional monthly charge of BRL 39.90 is processed by Mercado Pago instead of the standard BRL 59.90 price, according to the date and terms displayed and confirmed with the provider. The founding price remains while the subscription stays active. Users may cancel from the account area to stop future charges, without affecting rights granted by applicable law.

6. Availability and limitations

We take reasonable measures to keep the service secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or the complete absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, purchase, bidding, repair, and resale decisions remain the user's responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

The software, presentation, text, organized formulas, and visual elements of the platform are protected. Access does not transfer ownership or authorize copying, resale, reverse engineering, or unauthorized exploitation.

8. Termination and changes

Users may request account closure and data handling through the contact channel. These Terms may be updated as the product changes. Brazilian law applies, and any dispute will follow the applicable rules of jurisdiction.
